Outstanding dishes.
Well-appointed and well furnished rooms with view of garden and comfortable bar area. Pleasantness from the whole staff. Beautiful location to head out to explore the stunning National Trust gardens and easy access to a bookshop and supermarkets.
-
Andrea
The club king room is stunning with the hot tubs, the most comfortable bed, tea making equipment. The location is marvellous, to the taxi organised by the fat duck at £ 50 on the way back. Moreover, it is adjacent to the stunning National Trust gardens, and the restaurant.
-
Terry
The rooms were luxurious, with private bathroom.

Dave
The place was clean and fantastic, it had polite staff at the second reception desk. The setting was gorgeous, just off England, the River Thames and the extensive Parterre and NT woodlands. Also, Ray Mill Island was 5 km away.

Very elegant and extraordinary place with informative staff at the second reception desk. Easy to access parking and great breakfast at the Astor grill. Stunning and great location for Maidenhead, right by the right areas, club house with charming service, and the stunning gardens. And next to Chapel.

The location of the hotel is truly breathtaking, situated alongside the Thames and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, with marble bathrooms and stunning views. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast and other meals are outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options to choose from. The spa is also a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
There were some instances of lacking communication and inconsistent service, which can be improved upon in the future.

Nothing. It is perfect.

Beautifully designed place all in all, has amazingly attentive staff at the second reception desk. The breakfast is large, and the location is beautiful really close to an estate / castle dating back to 1666.

This hotel is spectacular and clean, it has good Wi-Fi and a casual restaurant. It offers big rooms, and has very-very nice staff at the second reception desk. If in Maidenhead again will be back.
